I LOVE aprons!
Long ago, when the kids were small I amassed a huge collection of vintage aprons complete with grandmother hand me downs and one resembling red gingham bloomers. It was a fantastic selection of handmade goodness!
But during one of my sessions with a personal organizer for some reason or another (I think I was trying to lose my dorky side, ha!) we decided to purge the lot. What a mistake! I think back to all of the wonderful, unique beauties that I passed on with deep regret.
So rather than dwelling on past mistakes I’ve decided to start over. This week the thrifting gods were smiling on me as I happened upon this handmade holiday gem. Covered in tiny holly springs and loaded with hand stitching, it certainly has helped get me in the holiday spirit.
